It made sense to block them off because you had to progress through the game to unlock more of Desmond's memories. He didn't remember those blocked off areas.
Wow. I prefer my PS3 to my 360 so if I can't play on my PS3 then I'll just have to settle with my 360. I'll even admit that I regret the purchase of it. They are in the same bloodline and it was confirmed that the main character in AC 2 also belongs in that blood line. He looks like Altair and will probably be the spiritual successor to him as well. Put in GTA III in instead of GTA IV. Put in Halo: CE instead of Halo 3. I also feel SoTC should be in the top 10 along side Bioshock. But whatever, that's just my opinion.

If so then it's going to be a "high end" PC. If people want the "true" GT experience they'll get it on PS3. Simple as that.
